International Qualifications Board Ltd (IQB) is majorly developing various qualifications in different industrial sectors and set up secure assessment criteria for the qualifications. Specific Criteria and regulations are determined for each qualification to be taught at approved centres; this process is attracting a fee from the centres which are applying to get approved. An approved centre may be an independent institute or an industrial enterprise.
Institutes can deliver the courses for any student from the public. Whereas the industrial enterprises can provide the training to their own employees.
IQB fees are charged directly from the approved institutes and industrial enterprises. Students can directly communicate with the approved centres for the admission registration, study procedure and examination dates of each qualification with the approved institutes and industrial enterprises.
All fees are invoiced in GBP and can be paid to the IQB official account number.
Minimum requirement for approved centres:
If a centre receives approval from IQB to administer its courses, it must ensure a minimum of 50 student enrolments per each qualification, annually. Failure to meet this criterion necessitates payment of the full annual approval fee, as specified in this policy.
Furthermore, centres failing to register any learners for any approved qualifications over a continuous period of 12 months or more must still pay the annual reapproval fee to maintain Approved Centre Status. However, IQB retains the discretion to limit further registrations pending a successful external quality assurance visit, with charges in accordance with the fees outlined in this price list.
Centre Approval Fees:
The centre must satisfy the infrastructure requirements as well as the personnel requirements to get the approval to run the qualifications offered by IQB
First time centre approval charge is £8073 (Important note: The fee paid is for the consideration of the request and is not a guarantee that your application will be granted, and the fees paid is not refundable.) Valid for 2 Years
Annual renewal charges: £1950
All the Visits to the centre will be applicable £500 per day and new qualifications also to be added on the development and program establishment costs.
Student Management Fees:
Each student name must be registered with IQB to start the course, and then the study curriculum, as the assessment activities including the preparation of assignments, projects etc. and the final examination as well. Student name and qualification details will be registered in IQB Learning Management Software.
There should be a 20 working days duration required for getting an examination allotted to a centre.
The students enrolled per batch should be communicated before 10 days prior to the commencement of the batches.
Student Enrolment fees will be invoiced before the commencement of the fees.
Fees Paid will not be refunded, on any circumstances and a cancellation fee also will be applicable if any of the students are discontinuing the course.

The entire certificates batch wise will be issued to the centre on request, and the approved centre must distribute the certificates to the students.
